International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for all the Custom VAT-duties & taxes. Our shipping is NOT including any custom duty and tax.
If you ordered through Top Speed Glopal Store, meaning that you ordered from a Parcel Forwarding Company. Your parcel will first be delivered to a hub based in the US and then dispatched to your delivery address. Please note that you may receive an email with a US delivery address which will be the address of the US hub. However, we have very aggressive discounted shipping rates with Fedex which takes about 5-7 business days to most of the area in the world. But, please make sure that you ordered direct from our U.S. official website. www.TopSpeedAuto.com for expedited shipping service.
Please pay the VAT duties & fees to your carriers upon delivery, failure or refused to pay will resulting your parcel to return. If the parcel is being returned, customer will be responsible for returning shipping cost, plus any fees which incurred from the return. This same rule will apply to any refusal, unclaimed shipment too.
Shipments outside the US are usually shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx. If item is lost or damage through this route, it might take up to 30 days to file claim and all buyers agree to settle such claim with carriers.
UK Customers:
Staring January 2021, Items below £135 bought through the big online marketplaces will have had UK VAT added and therefore can be delivered in the UK with no extra charges demanded.
Top Speed is not a registered entity in UK VAT Tax Permit, We will ship as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid. Fedex will collect the UK Value Added Tax (VAT), declare it and pay it to the relevant authorities on our behalf with a fees. Buyers pay the taxes and duties upon the reception of the goods to the carrier (Fedex)
EU Customers:
Removal of the EUR €22 import VAT exemption
From July 1, 2021, Value-Add Tax (VAT) will be charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. For consignments with a value of €150 or below, this can either be charged at the time of the sale by using the new Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) or be collected from the end-customer by the customs declarant (FedEx).

Return Policy:
Please email, call, message to discuss the circumstances of your return. Without Return Authorization Number from us, your package will be refused. Any and all returns must be sent with shipping prepaid and must be properly packaged to help prevent shipping damage, shipping charges are not covered by warranty.
