International Orders

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping charges shown at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.

If you placed your order through the Top Speed Glopal Store (i.e., using a parcel forwarding service), your package will first be delivered to a U.S. hub address and then forwarded to your final international destination. You may receive a notification with a U.S. delivery address — this is the hub location, not your final delivery address.

For faster and more reliable international service, we recommend ordering directly from our official U.S. website: www.TopSpeedAuto.com. We offer aggressively discounted international FedEx rates, with delivery typically within 7-10 business days to most global destinations.

Please ensure all import fees, VAT, and duties are paid to your local carrier (e.g., FedEx) upon delivery. Failure to pay these charges will result in the package being returned. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees. This policy also applies to refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments.

Most international shipments are sent via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process with the shipping carrier. All customers agree to follow the carrier’s process for claims and resolution.

Important Notes for UK Customers

  • As of January 2021, items valued below £135 ordered through major online marketplaces include UK VAT, allowing for seamless delivery with no additional charges.
  • Top Speed is not VAT-registered in the UK and ships using DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
  • FedEx will collect VAT and any applicable fees on delivery, declare it to authorities, and remit on your behalf. Buyers must pay these fees to FedEx upon receiving the goods.

Important Notes for EU Customers

  • Effective July 1, 2021, the €22 VAT exemption for imports into the EU has been removed. VAT now applies to all commercial goods, regardless of value.
  • For orders under €150, VAT may be collected at the point of sale using the IOSS system, or by the delivery carrier (e.g., FedEx) at the time of delivery.
  • Top Speed is not registered for EU VAT collection. FedEx will collect VAT and applicable fees upon delivery, declare it, and pay the tax on our behalf. Buyers are responsible for all fees due upon receipt.

International Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email, phone, or message before sending the package. Returns must be authorized in advance with a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be refused.

All returns must be sent with shipping prepaid and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs are not covered under any warranty or return approval.
