All product information—including pricing, materials, design, and specifications—is subject to change without notice. Listings are accurate at time of publication.
Orders are processed via secure PCI‑DSS‑compliant systems like PayPal, Braintree, and Affirm. All credit card orders must ship to the billing address. Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax; out‑of‑state customers pay none.
Domestic Shipping
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Standard carriers: FedEx & USPS; expedited shipping available upon request.
- Shipping costs shown at checkout include handling and packing.
- $25 fee for address corrections not due to our error.
- If your package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, we are not responsible unless signature confirmation was requested before shipment.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and VAT.
- Estimated international delivery: 7–10 business days.
- If using a parcel forwarding company, your package will first be delivered to a U.S. hub before dispatching to the final destination.
- If duties are not paid and the item is returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any incurred fees.
- Lost or damaged international packages may take up to 30 days to resolve through the carrier's claim process.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, valid for 7 days after issue.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in brand new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with original packaging.
- All non-defective returns incur a $25 processing fee.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Opened electronics and special-order items are not eligible for return or cancellation.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
All products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. However, shipping-related issues can still occur. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier right away. Retain all original packaging and materials.
- If your package arrives damaged, you must notify the shipping carrier at the time of delivery or as soon as possible. We are not liable for damage incurred during transit.
- Merchandise signed for is assumed to be delivered in good condition unless damage is clearly noted with the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. A replacement will be issued only after the carrier reimburses the loss. Replacements will not be sent before the claim is resolved.
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Replacements will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Limited Warranty
Top Speed Auto provides a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid from the original date of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, physical damage, or improper installation.
- Warranty is void if the product has been modified, altered, painted, or used in racing/track conditions.
- Titanium components are especially prone to fatigue and cracking under high heat and vibration and are not covered if used in racing, drifting, or track applications.
- Labor, installation, removal, and any incidental costs are not covered.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

We collect and process customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- We collect IP address, session data, and product interactions to enhance your shopping experience.
- We collect name, email, billing, and shipping address during checkout to process your order.
- If you create an account, we store your info securely to streamline future orders.
- We may follow up on incomplete orders via email. You may opt out at any time.

- You may request to access, correct, erase, or restrict use of your personal data.
- We may retain data for tax compliance, fraud prevention, and security investigations.
