Shipping Returns

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment.
  • We use FedEx or USPS for most deliveries. For rush shipping, contact us before placing your order.
  • Shipping costs (including handling) are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping orders will ship via our choice of carrier/method, with no signature required.
  • Orders over $700 will ship with signature confirmation required. This is a mandatory policy and cannot be changed.

Shipping Notes

  • We may combine small items; large items typically ship separately.
  • Tracking (FedEx/UPS) or delivery confirmation (USPS) is included.
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur a $20 carrier fee for address changes and must be re-shipped at your expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
  • If you want signature confirmation for lower-value orders, request it before shipping (additional fee applies).
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will file a claim and send a replacement only after carrier approval.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Instructions

  • Return Authorization (RMA) is required. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns must be in brand new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

⚠️ No Returns For:

  • Installed or damaged items
  • Opened electronics (unless defective)
  • Special order or custom items

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges allowed within 30 days for defective items after professional installation help is attempted.
  • Returned items found to be in working condition are subject to $10 handling + return shipping fee.

Damage & Liability

  • Inspect packages at delivery. Report shipping damage immediately to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for shipping or installation damage.
  • Do not install damaged items. Installed products cannot be returned.

Warranty & Legal Terms

  • All items sold as-is. Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
  • Products are for off-road use only. May void factory warranties.
  • Buyers are responsible for local compliance and usage laws.
  • We do not cover labor, installation, or repainting costs.
  • Warranty voided by physical damage or lack of proof of purchase.
