Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- We ship via FedEx or USPS. For expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
- Shipping costs, including handling and packaging, are calculated during checkout.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via our selected carrier and shipping method. No signature will be required unless specified.
- Orders valued at $700 or more will automatically include signature confirmation for delivery. This policy is mandatory and cannot be waived.
Shipping Notes
- We may combine multiple small items into one shipment when possible. Large items are usually shipped separately.
- Tracking numbers (FedEx/UPS) or delivery confirmation numbers (USPS) are provided upon shipment.
- If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, a $25 address correction fee will apply, and reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen afterward.
- If you prefer signature confirmation on lower-value orders, please request this before shipment (an additional fee applies).
- If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. A replacement will be sent only after the claim is approved and reimbursement is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Instructions
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request one.
- Returned items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging and documentation.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
⚠️ Returns Not Accepted For:
- Installed or damaged items
- Opened electronic components (unless found to be defective)
- Special order or custom-built items
✅ Exchange Policy
- Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided professional installation support has been attempted first.
- If returned items are found to be fully functional, a $25 handling fee plus return shipping costs will be charged.
Damage & Liability
- Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible shipping damage to the carrier immediately.
- Top Speed Auto is not liable for shipping-related or installation-related damage.
- Do not install damaged items. Installed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty & Legal Notice
All Top Speed Pro-1 exhaust systems and performance parts are intended for off-road or track use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to varying local and state regulations, including those in California and New York, certain products may not be legal for use on public roads. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Limited One-Year Warranty
We offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-racing use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by racing, track use, improper installation, misuse, impact, or modification.
- Titanium parts are especially prone to cracking under high heat and vibration and are not covered if used in track or racing conditions.
- Labor, installation, removal, painting, and any incidental expenses are not covered.
- All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase. Claims submitted without documentation will be denied.
All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Customers are responsible for all installation, maintenance, and local regulatory compliance.
